Seedballz Success Tips
Seedballz Success Tips

PLANT: IN FULL SUN. Whether in a pot or on the ground, Seedballz need to be planted by pushing them 2/3 way down into well-prepared soil. DO NOT COVER.

WATER: The water softens the clay, creating a paste that holds the seeds in the organics where the seeds sprout.

Watch them bloom! Remember to keep a photos journal of your Seedballz progress. Send us your pics from sprouts to blooms and we will send you a FREE package of Seedballz and also enter your name into our drawing to win a trip to The Chelsea Garden Show in London, England, 2009!
  Q & A
Are the Seedballz perennial or annual?

-- That depends on which Seedballz you have purchased. Many of our Seedballz include a variety of flowers in one package; some annual, some perennial.

How long do the Seedballz keep?

-- They store well for next year if they are kept in a cool, dark, dry place.

Do the Seedballz need to be broken up?

-- NO. Leave them intact. Seeds will germinate inside the ball.

PEST CONTROL:

Seedballz can be mistaken by squirrels for nuts and will be carried away. Sprinkle cayenne pepper around the Seedballz and it will deter them.

Slugs control can be managed with a shallow container of beer left out. The slugs will come to drink and drown.

  Testimonies:

"Hello, Just wanted to send you a note to let you know I have received my order and you guys absolutely ROCK!!!!! Shipment was super fast and I was very eager to get started with my seedballz!! This is the absolute BEST!!!! (I'm in zone 4), it's very hard to find something that will last here and come back the next year. I've done some in decorative pots and others I put directly in the ground according to your super easy instructions. Once again, thank you so much for this wonderful product and please be sure to send me updates on new varieties as well!!! I will be back for more!!!! " -- Have A Blessed Day, Gina

"I needed to write you a little note telling you how I am enjoying my packet of Wildflower SeedBallz. The colors are really beautiful, the way all colors blend in.
When the butterflies come & take the nectar out, it's really a picture. It's very relaxing....
You tell the people who hand roll these that they are doing a beautiful job."

"My birthday was the other day...and I am not one to anticipate birthday gifts.... My husband always seems to come up with great little gifts from the heart...but this year topped them all!

He handed me a beautiful little bag in which I slowly parted the hand made tissue to reveal the goodies inside...a new pair of Corona pruners...always gladly accepted...and several wee bags of your "seedballz"....I carefully read the labels on each and oooohed and aaaahhed....and then quickly ran up to the computer to look up your website! What a wonderful treat from nature you have developed. I LOVE to garden and am always trying each and every year to get a 20 by 30 foot open space in my back yard to reveal its' true self as a wild flower garden! I feel the love, generosity, care and kindness that seems to have gone into these tiny mud balls! I love your story and just know, that your efforts in this crazy world we live in are so appreciated.... Thank you for the birthday gift...it truly was my favorite gift in a long time!!! Wishing you much success in your continued efforts to make the world a better place.....sincerely" -- Tracy

"Last year,2006, we received the packet of Cosmos SeedBallz. They were beautiful!!! & really attracted the birds!" -- Jean
